We continue to give thanks for the strong desire at St John’s for growth and an enthusiasm for trying new things. We pray that God will guide us, and encourage us as we use new ways of worship to try to meet the needs of all.
We pray for our monthly patterns of worship: for Creative worship, that this continually develops and reaches more people; for our parade services, that we will be able to encourage attendance from the uniformed organisations; for Café Worship that this will continue to flourish; and for our plans to find ways to provide more worship opportunities for the elderly.
We continue to pray for all Circuit Staff and their families, especially our own minister.
We thank God for continuing opportunities for the churches in Potters Bar to find more ways of working together, and we pray that God will bless us as we share our love for Him together in this way.
Loving God we ask that you will lead us to deepen our prayer life at St John’s. We pray that you would show us ways to encourage more people to join in prayer. Reveal your plans for us as a Church and as individuals so that we may flourish as we follow where you lead us.
